Ridley Cesky Terriers are bred to be 'fit for function'.
They are designed to be an all-purpose hunting terrier, able to work a hedgerow and pick up small game, track a blood scent and to work as a pack, hunting deer or wild boar.

Opportunities for working are very limited in the UK, but we can encourage our dogs to learn the skills needed for tracking. Silas enjoys mantrailing and barn hunt; Anja enjoyed both tracking and go-to-ground,
